Master’s Program in International Relations

About the Study Program

The Master’s Program in International Relations is one of the study programs under the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Parahyangan Catholic University.

This program produces graduates who possess the ability to develop new concepts in science, technology, and the arts within their field of expertise through research, particularly in matters related to non-traditional security issues. Graduates are also equipped with the skills to manage, lead, and develop research programs; apply an interdisciplinary approach in their professional work; and conduct research that directly or indirectly enhances human dignity and/or advances knowledge, technology, and the arts. Furthermore, the program emphasizes the utilization of research findings in teaching and community service, as well as fostering collaboration and synergy with various internal and external stakeholders to enhance the academic community’s contribution to addressing national, regional, and global challenges.

Specialization Program

Focusing on the study of International Relations, the program offers elective courses in three areas of concentration: Politics and Security, International Political Economy, and International Organizations and Global Governance.
