Bandung, 19 March 2025 – The International Relations (IR) Laboratory of Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) collaborated with Astra Credit Companies (ACC) to hold an exclusive career mentoring session titled “1-on-1 Session” on 13–14 March 2025. The program was organized in response to students’ need for professional guidance to prepare for the workforce.
A total of 19 participants attended the session, consisting of 16 UNPAR students and 3 students from UIN Jakarta. The participants were divided into two groups. The first batch on 13 March was attended by International Relations graduates, while the second batch on 14 March was designated for students currently working on their theses.
During the mentoring session, participants received direct guidance from ACC mentors on various aspects of career readiness, including interview techniques, CV and cover letter preparation, and in-depth understanding of the recruitment process within the company. The program received very positive feedback from participants, with 14 indicating that the program was highly beneficial, while 5 others found it useful.

“I feel more prepared to enter the workforce after participating in this session. The program was very beneficial in boosting my confidence,” said Dede Ericka, an IR student at UNPAR.
“I gained a better understanding of the recruitment process at Astra Credit Companies,” stated Dafi Apriarso, a student from UIN Jakarta.
“This mentoring session was not only beneficial but also very enjoyable. I received a lot of information and feedback from the ACC team, who were enthusiastic and friendly in sharing their experiences. I feel more prepared to go through the recruitment process in the future,” added Aliya Humayra Rabbani, one of the participants.
Given the high level of participant enthusiasm, the collaboration between the UNPAR IR Laboratory and Astra Credit Companies is expected to continue and provide broader benefits to students, preparing them to enter the workforce with greater readiness and confidence.
