Pamong Inovasi Communication Training by Bapperida Bandung and HI UNPAR

27 May 2025 — The Regional Development, Research, and Innovation Agency (Bapperida) of Bandung City invited UNPAR International Relations (HI UNPAR) to conduct an Innovation Steward Communication Training. Attended by 30 participants from various Bandung City Government departments and assisted by five facilitators from HI UNPAR, the training aimed to enhance participants’ verbal communication and presentation skills using innovative visualizations.

The training was divided into three sessions.
The first session was led by Mr. Rahmat Pramono (Indonesian diplomat), Ratih Indraswari, S.IP., M.A., Ph.D., and Angguntari Ceria Sari, S.IP., M.Sc., Ph.D., who introduced the fundamentals of public speaking. Participants learned about content development, understanding the audience, and using gestures to deliver presentations effectively.

The second session focused on techniques for presenting with engaging and innovative visual designs. This session was delivered by Jessica Martha, S.IP., M.I.Pol., and Meyta Saraswaty Putri, S.IP.

In the third session, participants were divided into five groups and tasked with creating a three-slide presentation on the issue of waste banks, applying the principles they had learned. Each group then delegated one representative to present their discussion results.

The training concluded with a session for participants to share their impressions and suggestions, followed by direct feedback from the facilitators and Mr. Rahmat Pramono.
