PROFILE
I Nyoman Sudira completed his doctoral program in Conflict and Peace Studies at the University of Helsinki in Finland in 2009. He earned his master’s degree in political science from Gadjah Mada University in 1996. Meanwhile, he completed his undergraduate degree in International Relations at the Department of International Relations, UNPAR, in 1991. He was the Head of the International Relations Study Program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, from 2011 to 2015.
Nyoman Sudira was a recipient of the Supra Scholarship for Fellowship at the Nordic Institute of Asian Studies (NIAS), Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2005 and 2006. His current academic specializations include conflict resolution, regionalism, comparative politics, and development studies. Several articles have also been published in the Journal of Contemporary Southeast Asia and the Parahyangan Centre for International Studies journal, Potensia.
Nyoman Sudira has served as an academic commissioner for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Agency for International Organization Policy Research and Development (BPPK OI) and as coordinator for The Indonesian Conflict Studies Network (ICSN). In addition, he has been involved in collaborative research on:
