Dr. rer. pol. Albert Triwibowo, a lecturer of the International Relations Undergraduate Program, has published a book with the international publisher Routledge titled Digital Diplomacy in Indonesia’s Foreign Policy. The book was officially released on 2 June 2025 through the Routledge website.

This book examines the practice of digital diplomacy in supporting Indonesia’s foreign policy, particularly as carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In his work, Dr. Triwibowo explores the development of Indonesia’s digital diplomacy and its implementation through three key case studies: palm oil, the Rohingya issue, and the Covid-19 pandemic. The discussion is divided into six chapters, with a concluding section that highlights the added value of Indonesia’s digital diplomacy.

The book offers a fresh perspective on understanding digital diplomacy practices, especially through Indonesia’s own experiences and approaches. It is available through the Routledge Books website.
