HI UNPAR Lecturer Invited as Speaker for Personal Branding Seminar at SMAK BPK PENABUR Holis Bandung

The International Relations Study Program at Parahyangan Catholic University (HI UNPAR) continues to contribute to youth development through a seminar held at SMAK BPK PENABUR Holis Bandung on 11 May 2026. In this event, Dr. Jessica Martha, a lecturer at HI UNPAR, was invited as a speaker for the seminar titled “Hi, Gen-Z: Ready for Reality?”, attended by approximately 90 high school students.

The seminar highlighted the importance of building a strong personal brand while preparing students for higher education and the professional world amid the challenges faced by Generation Z. In her presentation, Dr. Jessica Martha emphasized that personal branding is not only shaped by major achievements, but also by everyday habits, attitudes, and the way individuals present themselves in their daily lives.

In addition, participants were encouraged to reflect on common challenges faced by Generation Z, including anxiety about the future, readiness to cope with pressure, and the importance of developing resilience, initiative, and a growth mindset.

Through an interactive session, students were invited to recognize that success is determined not only by academic performance or educational qualifications, but also by character, integrity, and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing world.

The seminar is expected to provide participants with valuable insights and motivation to build a positive personal brand while preparing themselves for future challenges from an early stage.
