PROFILE

Ratih Indraswari has served as Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations since 2012. Her research specializations include international relations in Southeast Asia and ASEAN, as well as public diplomacy. Her doctoral thesis focused on the ASEAN-South Korea partnership.

Her scientific journal publications include Scopus, KCI (Korea Citation Index) and SINTA journals, as well as public opinion dissemination through platforms such as the Jakarta Post, the Diplomat, and international think tanks/research institutes. She has collaborated on research and community service with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, BAPPENAS, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Bandung City Government, and the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact (MUFPP).

She earned her doctorate from Ewha Womans University in Political Science and International Relations through the HEAT (Higher Education ASEAN Talents) scholarship and has been a member of the Council of ASEAN Professors in Korea (CAPK) since 2021.

She previously served as Head of the Undergraduate Program in the Department of International Relations, Faculty of Political Science and Social Sciences, and also as Head of Cooperation at the International Relations Office of Parahyangan University.

He is a recipient of the DIES DAAD Scholarship for Internationalization Management from Hannover University and Carl von Ossietzky University and is actively involved in the Erasmus CBHE+ consortium at Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and the International Network University (INU).
